Default not running right

Ok my car is a 1992 Honda Civic Vx with a D15z1 Sohc Vtec motor, It has a t-3 turbo on it. When ever I has the gas down and it gets over 4,000RPM it will not run right. It acts like its getting a lot of fuel and no spark. I have replaced the coil, cap. rotor. wires. I just dont know. I also have a FMU, could that be ******* up and putting to much fuel? well let me know what you thinks thanks
