Default not making any boost!

i just finish a turbo install with a friend on my car. it ran fine. a few days past i and i took it out again and it went fine. i have a 5lb spring in my wastegate and i hit about 5lb at high rpm. but all of a sudden later that day i took it out again and i have no more boost. my gauge at idle reads -11.(iono if this is normal) and when driving normal, everytime i step on the gas the boost gauge would slowly move up to 0 but never go pass. when i give it 75% throttle or even full throttle it would never pass 0. i dont feel any boost at all. i dont hear my blow off valve either. i check my pipes for leaks but can't find any. the blow off valve is tightly. my wastegate vacuum line is hook onto the brake booster line and when this happen i notice my brake pedal would slowly sink whenever i stop. whats going on, its driving me nuts.

note: before when i had boost i had my dumptube relocated and dump into the downpipe. from the very first day i install it there is always air coming out of the dumptube(idle and driving) and its very loud. i dont like it loud. i thought putting it in the downpipe would fix it but it didn't, it is still loud and sometime i would hear a backfire noise. sounds like the type of noise you would hear when someone let off the gas in their car and the muffler would make a farting noise. sounds like that. it would make this noise when idleing and would happen about 2-3 times every 10 seconds. i dont know is that good or bad.

any inputs is greatly appreciated. thank you.

1 - massive leak
2 - turbo aint turning
3 - bad gate leak, but you should still hear the bov.
you checked the plumbing, look at the wheel and see if it is turning.

i look at the turbo at idle and i see it spinning. is there a correct way of doing this or im doing it proper? should i see if it stop and rev it to see if it spins up again?

also can someone tell me why my car is so loud. sounds like its running a striaght pipe. i have the dumptube dumping into the downpipe and at idle its making loud noise already. is my wastegate broken?

No the paint will not cause any boosting problems, but leaving the hose clamps loose will.

i went and install the ring for the wastegate. fits. but my idle noise is still very loud. i have a leak in the dumptube connecting into the downpipe. can this cause the loud noise? its not a big leak, just about 1/4 of the pipe's diameter has air coming out.

as for my boost problem. i herd spool this time but still did not feel it and did not hear my blow off valve. i park and check and notice that the leak was coming from my blow off valve. i check before i went on honda tech and before i always turn off the motor and the valve in the blow off valve is very tight. but when engine on and vacuum is sucking it it is very light and can leak very easily. i have that vacuum line T off into the fuel regulator vacuum line using a T that has 2 fittings.(1 for bov, 1 for boost gauge) what should i do now?

lemme guess, ebay BOV too? It might be leaking from there.

One other thing, loud noise, no boost...have you checked your manifold for cracks yet?
