nos license question?

Default nos license question?

i got a nos system i bought a few months ago but i been told i have to have a license for the nos. is this true and how do i get one? also is there a cost for one? also im from nj.. thanks

Hahaha you need to punch whoever told you that in the head...and then call them bad names when you are kicking their teeth down their throat.

Anybody that would say such a stupid thing needs to get beat down.

Can you get me one for my turbo too? I wonder if you need a license to use an OBD-1 ECU in your OBD-II car also? Dayam I never knew!

Turbo licenses are extra, they're exponentially expensive relative to the amount of boost you're running. And you have to pass the BAR exam too.

As for OBD-I, and OBD-II licenses...it gets a little tricky. You have to take a course in general OBD. Then after the course, you can qualify for OBD-I by completing a few simple tests. OBD-II is for advanced users who score 90% or higher on both OBD and OBD-I tests.
