I got a nos kt for free and i was wondering if i can use a buddy club vtec activator instead of WOT thorttle switch

 

So you just want it to be spraying whenever VTEC is enabled, ignoring throttle position?

 

That's really not the best idea. The WOT switch keeps things consistent and acts as a safety feature. Injecting nitrous in part throttle conditions isn't really the best idea either. Use either the WOT switch, or direct activate it with a button or toggle.

To specifically answer your question though...yes, you could use the controller to activate it.
