normal for car to smoke at WOT?

Default normal for car to smoke at WOT?



is it normal to smoke at WOT with open downpipe? im not talking about pouring out smoke but it gets a little smokey when i get on it and take it to redline.

If your car is tuned correctly then yes...turbo cars tend to blow a little smoke due to rich tunes compared to NA cars... as long as its not massive amounts of smoke, or colored.

smoking sucks, but its normal....for some reason on cold days mine likes to smoke like a chimney at idle....white-ish grey smoke that smells like ****....i think the HG is leaky

you sure thats not condensation? For the original poster...what kind of smoke are we talking about here? If its kinda white with a blue tint or straight blue then you got a burning oil issue. Could be rings, or turbo.
