Default No start after OBDI changeover- code 41 ?

Hey all. Here's what happened in a nutshell

Car: 99 Si Turbo with VAFC hack and 450cc injectors

So i was having some oil leak issues with my oil pan. Pull car in garage to get it fixed. Car was starting fine and whatnot. I did some other repairs, and had a OBDI ECU i bought to put it in. Put it in and the car started, but stumbled really bad. I realized that the EPROM chip i put in was in backwards and it got really hot! So after that i put it in the correct way and tried to start. Turns over and cranks, does not fire. It tries to start, and almost does though. I am getting fuel and spark for sure. Firing order is correct. All fuses good (under the hood anyway)

So i have not used this ECU before so i go back to my stock ECU with VAFC hack engaged. No start again....hmmm.... So another local in town brings a known good ECU, same thing.

We got a code 41 though from my OBDI ECU. I checked under the car and my o2 sensor was rewired (to extend it for my new downpipe) and the wires got loose in the plug. THey were probably not plugged in.

Could this cause the no start? Anyone have any other ideas?

Code 41 won't cause the car to not start.
