Nitrous Tranny B16 or LS???

Got a b20v going in a crx. Got two cable tranny Ls and B16. What trans of the two I "HAVE" is better for nitrous?

Goal 250-280whp

is this mainly a track car or want it setup for the street?
id say ls, b16 is too short unless you have a big *** tire on the car or revving to the moon

Mainly street but will see some strip. Going to rev to 8.5-9k rpm. Planing to cut off window switch rpm at 8.5rpm for nitrous

B16 if you don't mind high reving on th free way . I loved my b16 on my lsv
