Default Nitrous surging? Why?

Here's the set-up:

b18b1
I/H/E
NX wet kit, 50 shot.
Stock fuel
Stock ignition
MSD digital window switch
Activation switch
WOT switch.

And here's what happened. I've been on the bottle for about 4 months now and I haven't had a single issue with it until tonight. It was quite abit colder than normal here, but I had a full bottle that was heated and warm to the touch. However I'm not sure of my bottle pressure. Anyways, I'm out and about and the nitrous is kicking in and out, like an on/off switch was being used. Talked with some people and they suggested positioning the line pointing down which should help with the surging. So I moved the bottle and it still was inconsistant. I don't know what to do and I know that not having a pressure gauge or bottle heater are 2 major factors in this, but I just didn't have them.

Any idea's?

buy a bottle heater. consistant line pressure is what you need, and when it gets cold outside it really varies...

I'd say air in the bottle also...had it happen numerous times. Sometimes you just get a bad fill.
