What are the differences between nitrous kit makers products?
I'm curious if there is much difference in quality between NX, NOS, Nitrous Express, JG, and all the rest for direct port 4 cylinder kits.
Discuss please

I have installed a few NOS kits, and ZEX kits. While the zex kits are somewhat easier, the NOS kits seem to have less problems down the road. However, the ZEX kits just don't seem to be as powerful as the NOS kits.

I will always be a fan of the "original blue bottle." The tech support, and the product itslef (solenoids, etc) are second to none. I have seen the ZEX kits in action before, and they do not seem to be quite as powerful as they say. There was an article in one of the import mags a while back. They tested a nitrous kit from ZEX to the NOS kit. The NOS kit did outflow the ZEX kit as far as HP was concerned (NOS made more with the same size shot). I think that the ZEX made 35 on a 50 shot and the NOS kit 50+ on a 50 shot. Through 10 years of use with nitrous, I have always installed and used NOS kits.
