Read last months' Honda Tuning. Very useful information in it.

I asked a mod to move it for you. You'll get a better response from the FI/NO2 guys.

edit: Low compression pistons and forged rods are usually used for FI/N02 Cars. I'm not sure what to do w/ an all motor N02 car because low compression on an NA motor makes it sluggish.

The motor can take a 100 shot stock as long as it is driven correctly (no misshift, rev limiter). My friend was running a 100 wet all day long on his 90 D15. (yes D15) and you have a B16 which is much stronger. In fact the motor ran great until we put on the 125 just because he was getting rid of the car soon due to goin into the army. The 125 ended up in a large intake backfire, Blown HG and 4 holes in his block. Not to mention his pistons crumbled into pieces. But you should be fine with the 100. he had no probs on his d15. but then again we didnt care so I wouldnt recomment it to people with d15's who want to keep there car running

BTW, I run a 75 all day on my stock internal D16y8 and Ive put on a 100 shot a few times lately since im taking the motor out anyway to make room for my B18 turbo. The motor held great but I have some bad clutch slippage

a 100HP wet system with a good layout and good tune should work just fine with your setup. Stock internals handle power very well, its detonation and heat that kills them. You need a tune right around 5:1-5.5:1 NF ratio, its still qutie conservative but quite a little bit leaner than the pig rich tunes you get from the big boys like NOS.
