Default NGK BKR7E gap question.

Should I be fine with the pre gap from the NGK factory or should I regap them to what the Helms says?

on a side note. If a plug was gapped too wide would it result in the diode coming out white?

My BCPR7ES-11's came gapped at .032" from NGK and thats what Ive been told to run, so I didnt touch it.

I gap to .030
