Default Newly Boosted Accord

Well, after a few long days, lots of headaches, and some gnarly burns and cuts. SHE RUNS! Right now I'm trying to stay under 5-6 psi because I'm running an MRX tune for a T-25 turbo, but I'm using an EVOIII 16g. Getting tuned tonight so that won't be a worry.

Overall impressions:
-Grinding away the block sucks and there is almost zero gap between the wastegate actuator and slave cylinder,
-I HATE HATE HATE dropping oil pans twice for bullshit leaks.
-Grinding away bumper support and plastic smells real bad and gets real hot.
-Open downpipe is loud...real loud. Idle is quiet and super smooth, smoother than stock, haha!
-This stage4 clutch feels way better with some *** behind it than it did on the factory power levels.
-Old thermostats SHOULD be replaced, mine crapped out already and made for a hot commute (heat on full blast, yikes).
-Make sure your couplers are tight, especially behind the bumper (lame).
-Autozone couplers aren't even acceptable for TEMPORARY use. Just ask the one with the big *** hole in it,

Pictures will come when everything is totally buttoned up. I had to MAKE a j-pipe because I forgot about it and couldn't find one. I used steel from Lowe's and then torch cut the big hole and drilled the mounting holes out. Then I get some prebent tube from the Pep boys and tweaked it on the bender, welded an expander on it and used a 323 GTX coupler because I can't find **** for 2.5" couplers, anywhere same day.

Well, thanks to everyone who did this before me and posted their results to allow me to do this ****. Thanks to whoever put up with my bullshit if I gave any and lots of thanks to everyone that helped me in my city, haha!

Setup:
92 Accord DX 4door
F22A6 with A6 transmission
Competition Clutch stage 4 with 12lb flywheel
Removed IAB's
H23 throttle body and upper plenum
No AC, PS, emissions equipment, cruise control
Relocated battery
NEW MHI EVOIII Big 16g turbo (turbochargers.com )
DSM factory manifold and o2 housing
Hacked welded DSM/Accord hybrid downpipe (sorry crossmember)
eBay front mount IC (28x7x3)
2.5" universal IC bends
DSM 1g blow off valve
Stealthmode oil line kit ( to Kari at Stealthmode for super fast shipping)
MRX chipped/tuned P75 (soon to be retuned for this turbo)
DSM 450cc injectors
Tune up related parts with NGK 2 step colder plugs gapped at .030
Open downpipe (soon to be 2.5" straight back, no cat, no muffler, no resonator )
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
Autogage boost/vacuum gauge (works nice and smooth)
Joe P manual boost controller

I may have forgotten a few things, but I'm still exhausted. Pictures should be up in a few days at the latest.

[This is being posted in the Accord section, too.]

I started Saturday night, worked on and off for a few hours until last night. Ran into a few snags with parts and shipping and fabrication. I'd say of actual straight through work if it were totalled, 2-3 days maximum.
