ya the stock gsr can handle the greddy kit and yes change clutch... clutch i would say the ACT 6 puck cuz it grabs hard. my friend has the street clutch and regretted it.

look into piecing together a turbo before u get the greddy.... search and research

If you go with the greddy kit...

After the install on your first ride, fine a nice back road. Roll down your window and begin laying into the throttle. After you're rolling pretty good, pick out a road sign ahead of you. Hold your arm out the window and at the precise moment, chunk your Greddy blue box at the sign. If you have good aim you should hear a rewarding smack! as that piece of **** hits the metal sign. Head back home and be glad you went with Uberdata.

I was gonna say do a traction test (burn out) on the damn thing but the road sign sounds like a lot more fun. lol

The new GReddy Kits don't use the "blue Box" any longer, they use an actual preprogrammed e-manage, and is much more capable that many people would think

Also, the 6 puck is a bit of overkill. You can get the full - face extreme pressure plate instead of the heavy duty one. The six puck will give you headaches and is not very streetable.
