Default New track time

Just got home from the track. Ran a new best time of 11.6@118.
Changed a few things since the last run. Added some timing under full boost, Z-10 bars, and 1 psi of boost.

on 22/8/15 slicks. I think I need some 24.5" slicks now. I had to shift into 5th. I would still like to get my 60' down some more. Can this be done on the 22's or do I need larger slicks?

I'm on my roommates SN

Yes my car is the green Si hatch. My 60' did improve with the z10's and the car feels more stable on the highway. The only problem is the bars rub my wheels even on 15" wheels at full turn. There is no wheel hop at all just spinning through 3rd on drag radials. It used to hook up in third but would wheel hop its *** off. I also did some tuning so that might have something to do with the spinning.

Well, I would just like to say congrats on the new times and good luck in the near future. Running 15psi, is that on a stock bottom end? If so then that's even more impressive.

I have SRP 9:5:1, Eagle rods, and a blockguard. Still stock sleeves. My compression has been low for over a month though so a GEM block is in the near future. Compression #'s 190-170-170-100. Have to ask N8 about the vids.

You might get into the low 11's with some bigger slicks. Your 60's arnt all that great. Needs to be around 1.6. 22's are ok on a 13 inch rim, but not 15 inch rim, you just lost 2 inches of sidewall....Mike

What would be your guess at how much whp I have with a 118mph in a 2580lb car? I will be hitting the dyno next weekend.

I punched in your weight and trap speed first. It spit out 330 whp. Then I plugged in 330 whp with your weight and came up with 11.56 sec and 117.9mph. Pretty damn close I would say.
