ok this is for a friends project I'm helping.

The car is a 98 EX Y8. T25 turbo, Mitsu SMIC, Vortech FMU, DSM 550 CC's, B&M FPR, P2P ECU, walbro 255

On timing it's .5 retard = per pound of boost with 16 BTDC correct? now with 7 pounds I would retard timing to 12 or should I keep it at 13?

the guy can't afford hondata or VAFC hack at this time so wanting to know what I can to to check timing and also to tune on the butt dyno or give some recommendations
