Default New Golden Eagle Mfg. VTEC Conversion Kits Are Here!!!

Well, they don't look too much different fromt he old design. They function in the same way, but now you can attach them to a block without removing the nipple and they also work with oil coolers. Here are some pics I shot this morning. They are in stock and ready to ship!!! Contact us for your nearest distributor. (909) 592 - 4311 or sales@goldeneaglemfg.com

That has got to be the baddest oil adapter I've ever seen for this type of application.

Why can't everyone make a nice piece like this for like oil cooler kits?!?

Kudos for a part worth buying!

Oh, almost forgot. For all you people bitching about your oil leaks from the t fittings on the back of the block to the oil line for your turbo, I'm sure you can use this to make things easier and also pick up some show points too...

not sure what happened to my original post here but here it goes again. you can get a 1/8 adapter to -3 for a turbo feed if you need it. I have 10 of these coming on tuesday or wed. Pm or email me for an introductory price.
thanks,
Mike

Mike i already have place my order with you. Here's the dilemna, i am going to use the 1/8 port for the oil pressure gauge sender, and for the turbo feed, i plan to use some kind of adapter for the big port. Is there an adapter for the big port to -3an? Paul

O.K., here are some options when ordering the VTEC Conversion Kit / Turbo Oil Feed.

These are some of the fittings you can order for the kit. There is also a -8 and -10 AN, but I doubt anyone will need those. Also, we have -3AN to 1/8 NPT so you can run your turbo oil feed. Here is a pic of the 1/8 NPT adapter installed into the sandwich adapter plate.

See how now you have two 1/8 NPT ports to use! These are the following part numbers for ordering the correct unit for your application:

Part # Description Fittings Included

GVC100 = VTEC Conversion kit = -6AN and -6AN for the head
GVC100-1/8 = Turbo Oil Feed = 1/8 NPT adapter
GVC100-1/4 = Turbo Oil Feed = 1/4 NPT adapter
GVC100-P = Turbo Oil Feed = Plug
GVC100-6 = Turbo Oil Feed = -6AN
GVC100-8 = Turbo Oil Feed = -8AN
GVC100-10 = Turbo Oil Feed = -10AN

Be sure you know what you want before ordering. This way it is easier to order and you get what you want. Hope this helps.

That's right...but I think they are ignoring me and probably not planning on making me one

Somehow the radiator was busted in the wreck, but not the oil cooler which was in front of it lol....so I'll be re-using that and I'll need a place to tap for the turbo!

Yep, some trucks also. That's the excuse all the SR20DET swappers give if you ask them why they didn't turbo their KA24DE. "It's a truck motor".

Hello a 454 is a truck motor but it seems to do ok in a Camaro!

What size fittings do oil coolers typically use?

What are the chances of this coming off when you remove the oil filter off during oil changes. After its been installed? Is there some sort of locking mechanism on it? Or you just have to tighten the hell out of the adapter? just curious?

Usually, we use Loctite when installing this unit to ensure that it will not come off during regular oil filter changes.
