Default New fuel Rail?

Hi guys, I have a turbo ls vtec with 10 lbs of boost and adding another 10 lbs next week.My problem is when I hit 6000rm it hits a dead spot to where I feel it lacks power.Heres my setup Arias 8:1 pistons, eagle rods, Golden eagle sleeves,880cc injectors. walbro fuel pump, skunk 2 intake, turbonetics t3 t4 turbo, 3in exhaust among other things. Could it be the stock fuel rail, bad tune, or what else could it be?

the guy who tuned it is highly recommended here in cincy and probabaly one of the best.Could it be anything else? He said at 10 lbs that my 880cc injectors have a high duty cycle?

not sure how much horses but I run 93 octane and its not that big of a turbo,I think its a .48 ar.He told me they were at a high duty cycle. So what would cause this it has to be fuel shortage or spark. Is my compression ratio to low?

if he said 880cc were at a high duty cycle with 10psi on a .48 ar i alraedy know that turbo aint big, and thats one of the worse tuners ive heard of. thanks for letting us know about him. I mean i run 15psi on my t3/t04e 57 trim with 450cc injectors. and they arent even maxed out..lol I know my friends GSR built with low CR...went to the dyno with DSM 450cc...they got it up to he said 322whp...but the tuner said he didnt wanna run those DSM injectors at a high duty cycle so they backed him back down to around 280whp....So i know 880cc are not near high duty cycle unless you running a t3/t88 lol.
