Default fuel rail

hi im going turbo and nos on my b16a2 i have 1000cc injectors but is is must to have a fuelrail like AEM,obx

No. I used the stock rail at 400whp. I've seen/heard others using it at 500....I woudn't want to go much higher than that if at all though. If you keeping to like 350 or less, then the stock rail will more than sufficient for your purpose.

and will i need a fuel regilator if i have standalone ecu?

No, but it can be helpful if you need more fuel pressure.
