new car - questions
ok, I am now the proud owner of a 91 crx si... it is a theft recovery - no doorskins, no hood, no seats ($300.. what a deal)... now I have to decide if I should put my built B18C turbo motor in that, strip it down and shoot for 10's, or do I strip down the teg, put the interior in the crx and use the crx as a daily driver /w the teg a racer?
on the teg I already have suspension, 3" exhaust/testpipe, and the motor is in it... if I use the crx for a racecar I will need a new tranny, motor mount kit, a new exhaust, new suspension, and I will have to buy a new motor for the teg.. clearly a much more expensive option... I figure the crx is about ~500lbs lighter... how much faster would 500 lbs be, if everything else was the same?
what do you guys think I should do?

Re: new car - questions (Drag3GSR)
which car would you rather drive around daily? I'd rather have an integra as a daily driver over the crx. Not only that but why cut up an integra when you already have a salvaged CRX that's already beat up.

Don't Fuckup your Teg....use the CRX...you dont wanna kill the resale on the Teg.
The CRX is more than 500lbs lighter...use the CRX for the racecar.

make the integra a daily driven race car, and just keep the CRX for when/if the integra ever goes down..
id rather drive a really fast nice car everyday of the week, then have a slow daily driver and a beater race car for the weekends..

I would keep the teg the same I bought my crx for 500 with no engine and I put a b16a in it and love it . you can find them pretty cheap just buy seats and stuff you need, my crx is about 2000 lbs.
