I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for, but there is no such thing as the "Neptune Download System", nor is Neptune self tuning.. If you are just looking to download some tuning software, try PGMFI.ORG for free products.

hahaha sorry guys yea i know there is no neptune software download but i was told i could dl a tuning software and self tune my car is that right or wrong?

AEM EMS, I thought Hondata had something like that...
THis just gets you to be driveable it still needs to go to a tuner though

It's not a self tune, per say, but more of an automatic tune smoother. Once you get timing dialed in and a rough fuel map you can setup target air/fuel ratios for cells, drive the car and datalog and the AEM will automatically trim the fuel to get the AF you want.
