Default Need some help with a GSR Integra

Hey guys, need to inquire some brains for project I'm about to embark on. My friend owns a GSR (not sure what year, but it'd OBDII), and he's looking for boost. He wants to either go turbo or SC, now I know all that I need to know about the SC to help him out, but turbo and what kind of power he can expect is a different question. As my sig states, I own a supercharged D, and haven't really looked into Bseries engines, so I'm not 100% sure on all of this.

The car needs to be 100% streetable and as reliable as possible. I figure 250whp will be plenty if not too much, he can always upgrade later. Just quick questions.

1) What size turbo would be good for this kind of goal on a GSR?
2) Stock internals should be able to handle 250whp right?
3) Stock fuel pump can handle it, correct?
4) RC 440s big enough, or should he just get some 750s?
5) What OBDI ECU should he get, a P70?

Help would be great, I want to try and keep him from spending a ton of money on a "kit."

1. The SC-61 is a pretty big turbo...my friend made 400 hp with that turbo setup in his gsr.
2. Agree
3. 255 for sure
4. Um you dont need that big of injectors...I have seen in real life 310's make 325 hp...on a GSR...if you want bigger then that how bout some 550's
5. P72 also...

1. SC61 is way overkill, will spool slow with that car - Just a basic 57 or 60 trim t3/t4
2.
3. Walbro 255
4. 440's or 550's
5. P72 - P61 will work fine, and have the knock sensor

What SC61??? The smallest SC6152 has a Stg5 (T350) turbine wheel which I would love to see you spool it up under 4k..... especially with a stock bottom end.
