In need of some help..

So i have a B18b going into my EK hatch soon, and i want to run a garrett GT28R or a GT28RS.. what would you guys recommend on which manifold and downpipe to run, i have a RSR GTII exhaust.

And where i can purchase them from.. any help would be greatly appreciated it.
