Default Need help with Zex kit

Quick question for you guys.
I just bought a used Zex kit and was wondering what else you guys would recommend upgrading. I have a 97 non-vtec integra with the basic bolt ons and 45000 miles. I'm planning to run just the 55hp jet for now, but is it safe to spray 65 or even the 75hp jets safely? Do you guys recommend retarding the timing a couple degrees and I plan to get a FPR on the safe side, so how much extra fuel should I deliver? And what kind of plugs do you guys recommend?...1 step or 2 steps colder?

Also, if anyone has the instructions or the list of parts the kit is suppoesed to come with can you please email it to me at stchow76@hotmail.com or post a link to it.

TIA

I would have to disagree with you there If you fuel is setup properly the kit should be able to hold fine. bad tuning is what blows engines. Not enough fuel to match the increase in oxygen in the motor.

also get the zex plugs from zex.com for $20 (set of 4). The normal plug will turn into glowplugs, causing detonation and the electrodes will break off. It happened to me and others, especially with a big shot. HTH, -C

Damn, what did you screw up? I ran a 75 shot on my Accord motor for quite a while with no problems. Ran a 75 shot on the Lude motor no problems. I got rid of the ZEX because I wanted more power.

I personally know of 3 Si's, 2 H22A's, a plethora of EX's, and a S2000 running 75 just fine.
