What is your problem? It is easy to run. Unzip it and run the .exe file. Make sue your bins are in the same folder. Hit me up on aim same name if you need more help.

first off ill say i ran and used crome perfectly the first time, but uberdata wont let me import .bin's like the P30 and P28 and so on... i can only open the stockgsr and stockls. and when i try to import "import only" .bins the dialog box comes up and i choose the one i want then click on it and the box goes away like its working, then nothing changes on my screen... stockgsr stays there and no numbers change as if it were loading or something...but its not, it doesnt do anything. same if i try and import downloaded .bins off xenocron or off posts, also what would be the difference from crome and uberdata pros? cons?

Open up stockgsr. Import your .bin file with the Import option. Then go to Save As and save your new .bin. Then open it back up and it should have the new fuel and ignition tables you imported. I think that when you import the fuel and ignition tables the display doesn't automatically update so you won't see the changes made. I know it works cause I just did it. Are you sure you are using the official 1.70 version. It should only have a StockGSR.bin and 5 or so import.bin files.

im using uberdata 1.7 BETA that i got off PGMFI.org and i tried the save as thing and it just saves the stock gsr bin under the new name

Yeah don't use that crap. Go to the Uberdata forum and download the official release of 1.70.

I've downloaded every version of Uberdata i could find including the old school versions, and also tried it on more than 3 computers to be sure nothing was blocking it and still no go. it seems so simple . but it just wont work. CROME works tho

If Crome works then quit your bitching and use it. Sounds to me like you just wanted to make an Uberdata bashing thread since you proclamed the goodness of Crome in your second post. Some of us know how to use Uberdata, and many others simply don't and never will. I like to use them all and remember if you can't get the Import to work you can always post in the numbers from Crome.

no actually, like you i want to learn how to use them all and not have to use two at the same time to get one to work. I'm still new to this. My friend told me to use uberdata and so I came here not even knowing about other programs. I still need help tho because I'm not bashing uberdata i just need help...please

I wouldn't even worry about the numbers not changing. your gonna change them when you tune anyways.

ya but it would help if i could open someone else basemap for instance just to learn how the parameters look after they tuned it for certain applications.. i mostly want to get this import only thing to work so i can learn more about the program ....and i also need to start with a P30
