Im about to start on my turbo SOHC build and I was looking for a good but cheap turbo to run to put me into the 220whp range. Well one of my friends has a rebuilt CT12B USDM turbo. Its 60mm front side and a .60 ar on the back. Would would be a little laggy I know. But ive read similar people running turbos about the same spec and hitting full boost around 4500 ish. Would this be a good turbo for me? Full boost on this turbo from the true twin setup it came off of said "full boost 1.1 bar". And since it was a twin setup does that mean this turbo will be able to push enough air (10 psi or so) to get me to my 220whp goal? Thanks for all your help guys.
