Need help with removing hub to install studs???

Default Need help with removing hub to install studs???

1-I already took the break calipers out
2- Took the other piece that connects to the caliper out
3- Took the 6 mm screw out from disk break
4- Took disk break out

How can I take out the hub to install my studs for my bogrt. The easiest way please

Take the knuckle off and head to a machine shop (or any shop for that matter) with a hydraulic press to press the hub out. You "can" do it yourself with a large enough socket and hammer, but you risk damaging the wheel bearings.

I have put civic studs in without pressing the hub out. if you'll use a grinder and make the circled end of the stud into a halfmoon shape, you can get them in there.

I would definately recommend going to someone with a press, I ended up spending more money replacing my bearings after f@*%ing them up trying to do it my self.

Holy **** Jared!!!!!!!!! That is a *uckin good idea!! I had to do it 2 weeks ago and we getto rigged it using 2 blocks of wood, 1.25" socket, 1.5" brass punch..etc...what a headache, Good thinkin man!

Yep, I've done that on my beater cars. But, my ***umtion was that if he is running Bogarts, he is running a good amount of hp at the track and hacked up wheels studs would make me worry a bit

yeah. So best thing to do is take it to a shop and let them install it for me.???
