Default Need help quick Posibly blew motor

Hey guys I'm trying not to jump to conclusions before i do some tests, i just want some ideas. I Was at the local car meet today and After me and a friend messed around a little bit juat a quick burst. Afterwards when driveing home the car didn't seem right and Started to bog out and actually stalled twice and the car was smoking a lot out of the exhaust (black smoke) . After I get it running again it would run good for a while and than bog out again if I gave it gas it would pull threw. How ever I made it home but i'm worried because there was a little white smoke / steam comming out of the breather filter on the valve cover and usually that means blow ringlands. What do you guys think. it's a b16a fully built and tuned.

The white smoke could be a possible blown headgasket...was it changed?

Im in for some answers on the bogging out and stalling after seeing black smoke...hmm

right before i got the car running i had a bent valve, so the gasket was replaced when i took the head off. I was tuned and have driven about 5000 miles so far. There is some oil in between the head and the block and i mean a very small amount. The spark plugs were black when we pulled them out to do the test.

black smoke equals too much fuel. makes sense that it bog unless you give it throttle. possible stuck regulator? sounds like its getting too much fuel so id check for a regulator stuck shut or an injector(s) stuck open maybe?

could also be a map sensor issue...possibly had the vac line blow off of it.

plugs could have fouled which lead to bogging, used to happen to ma all the time.

maybe but he said its intermittent and it clears up with throttle, usually when the map is off it runs worse.

The plugs were pretty black from oblviously running rich. After i did the compression test I put the plugs back and the car idled fine and has just a little steam come from the breather filter and catch can which i guess is normal. I took the car aound the block and it was fine ran fine. someome susgested a head gasket but i believe my compreesion would be lower if that was the case. How would i check the reg or my injecors to see if they were stuck open or closed. And if that was the case would it actualley be the injectors that were messed up or an electrical problem more towards the injector clips ?

Update I put the plugs back in and drove the car today for about 30 mins and it idled , drove completly fine. The AFR were fine. There was some slight slight steam comming from the top on my catch can and breather filter which i'm led to believe is normal. Last night when this happend the car hit rev limmiter and stayed there for 2 or 3 seconds before i was able to shift. I was wondering if this could have been due to my catch can. I have a smaller endyne catch can and i've herd people having problems with theres filling up and than over flowing. My car makes 454whp at20 psi is there a possibily my catch can was filled up and than made my car bog out and start to smoke from all the oil from my catch can leaving the and being dumped back into my motor.
