Default Need help, for the love of god help

I need some help guys. I have blitz dual sbc spec S boost controler. I also have turbonetics delta waste gate. Now about 4 days ago i went and got a 3" exhaust put on from the head back to the axle. I went in there boosting at 7psi and left not being able to control my boost at all. It shoots way past 16psi and its scaring the **** out of me. So i unhooked the controler and tried running it off just the waste gate, but no good same thing. I can hear the waste gate opening but it still continues to boost (how is that possible). I thought it was a vaccum leak but i have checked all my hoses and they appear fine. At the same time my idle is totaly screwed up (reving from 1000 to 1800 continuously). So im not sure if the two are related or not but my cars a disaster to drive right now. Any and all thoughts about what it could be or even somewhere i could take it to have someone KNOWLEDGEABLE and help me fix it(btw im in canada). The only thing that appears to be different after leaving the exhaust shop is well obviously the larger diameter exhaust. Could that be causing the problem? I cant phathom why or how that would but im desparate to find a solution to this. Im going to replace all the hoses and t-valves sunday to ensure there not the prob. I also thought that it might have been air in the rad but i ran it with the cap off and no bubbles so im realy stumped. I need input guys, thanx.

do you think that my waste gate is to blame? if so what about the idle problem? i thought that they could have been related. I don't want to go out and spend the money for a new waste gate if its not. What about getting a manifold pressure test done to check the vaccum lines?
