Default Need help with gsr turbo

ok heres the problem, i just put a drag turbo kit on my car. its a 2000 integra gsr with 37k on it. upgrades include 440cc injector, 255 walbro pump, aem rail, and a vafc2.

my car was tuned by the local shop. with a datalog and the car ran fine while the temp was in the 30's and and 40's, now its in the 50's and warmer. my vafc is turned down to like -46 and my car barely runs. it smells way too rick and it won't idle. when you start it, it runs at about 480-540 rpm's. and if you give it gas or drive it and then let the rpms come to idle it shuts off. when you drive it and Wide open throttle, it goes good, but at part throttle it boggs. also i burn plugs in matter a minutes, they turn completely black. any info or advise anyone may have, please let me know. also my car is thowing a check engine, its coming up undocumented? was thinking it my have to do with my o2 sensor being shot. LEt me know with any info

Had the same issue. You're running VERY rich to a point where it could damage the rings if not careful. I went through plugs w/ my 850s until I got it tuned out. Tip in enrichment seems to be the main problem. The AFC works but is VERY limiting for the adjustments that you need. Strange. Mine only had the problem under 50degrees, and started right up w/ anything over.

Might be time for a bit more upgraded management. Find out if your tuner can fine tune any of the low--high throttle percentage points on the AFC. If the transition is off (20% low, 60% high) that might be your problem.
