i can't get my greddy manual(t.v.v.c.) boost controller to boost past 5psi on my greddy kit ...i have one line from the boost controller hooked up the the wastegate actuator and the other line hooked up to a vac source in the intake manifold....is this correct or should i have it hooked up a different way..? i've turned the **** on the boost controller about 11clicks...and still nothing past 5psi....i don't know what to do

 

the acuator end and the vaccume end may be backwards?

i was looking on greddys tech page and i was thinking maybe the manual cont. has to be hooked up to the turbo and not a vac. source.....
