need help with G-Techpro On-board Dyno
Hallo,
if i meassure my whp with my g-tech pro on board dyno then i have a very huge variation from run to run.
from the real chassis dyno i have something around 230 whp and the best result with the g-tech was 236 whp but in most cases i get something around 50-70 whp sometimes something about 100whp but thats IMPOSSIBLE.
so can someone tell me what i'am making wrong?!
the procedure is:
- setting the correct weight of the car (this is ok 100%)
- then zerro the g-tech out in a range of -0.02 till 0.02 G's.
- push the button
- start to accelerate the car (have to drive about 50mtr. from the starting point without full throttle, after that i hit full on the throttle and accelerate the first two gears, maybe 3rd if the road is long enough.
my problem is that i have no 100% flat road, i goes a bit down or uphill but very less.
the g-tech is mounted directly in the center of the windshield as it is described in the manual.
maybe if someone has a gtech also he can write down the EXACT procedure of messurement so i can compare if there is any user error from my side.
