but there somthing more wrong with your setup with a turbo that size on a h22 with head work and all u should be making much more power at that same boost

REMEMBER IT IS PLOTED AGAINST TIME NOT RPM (ON X)
looked like knock response to me too have to chech the logs....
doubting head lift since it's running ARP studs torqued in the proper 3 step sequence. Are you running ARP studs and still gettting head lift?
400 at 18psi is right where it should be. turned up to 25-27psi or so and put the right fuel & timing to it, it should make well over 500 no problem (on c16).
