Default need help with choice of internals

I got a turbo gsr b18c1 stock block need help to choice rods and piston what kind and were to buy them at. what to run 300-400 whp please help me guys.

its all personal preference, im using wiseco 84mm coated pistons and eagle 5/8" rods

I'm doing a similar build, I bought eagle rods new in box second hand. I bought my CP pistons from earl on here.

I have had experience with Endyn, Wiseco, CP and JE. None melted I have had experience with Eagle, Crower, Manley and Pauter. None snapped
