Default Need help building z6 head for boost

Mods:

d16z6
greddy 15g turbo kit
walboro 255
2.25 dp and exhaust

Im running at 10 psi and i am very happy with the results

I really dont plan on building the bottom end this year.

Im really thinking about just building the head for some extra power

Some things i was think about

Cam- Not sure what cam
Springs retainers-
throttle body- not sure
intake manifold- skunk 2 maybe
port and polish-

I cant think of anything else Im open to ideas or any other mods that i should consider. Thanks

Just did this Z6 today...

At only 13 psi, made 300 to the wheels.

Mike Belben Port
Zex 59300 cam
Supertech Valves, Valvesprings and Retainers

I would like to see a ported/tapered TB and Skunk2 Intake Manifold to make the torque carry out a little further

JE 9:1 Pistons, .020 Overbore

This was with a 2.25" Exhaust too...it should be a 2.5-3"

If you want, give me a call...we are very close and I can get your head setup the same way. Mr. Belben certainly knows what he is doing!

Building your head would be retarded. You are running a turbo setup that can make a max of 250whp. Spending $1000 on a $100 head to increase your hp 5% is not cost effective at all. You'd make more power spending $200 and building a bigger downpipe.
