i have a d16z6 with greddy 15g hondata rc 440s crane cam external coil msd wires and i went to take my friend for a ride bc just recently got my car finished and i get on it and it doesnt feel like its got the power. no boost leak and its not overheating or no oil in coolant or vice versa the only thing i know that might be is i might have gotten bad gas or the wrong grade by mistake. but if thats the case would it have power loss

Problems:

1: its a 15g
2: is it tuned?
3: its a d16z6 <---just kidding but that motor with that small turbo = small gains
4: is it tuned?
5: is it tuned?
6: Can you hear the bov?
7: check your wastegate

Would it have power loss? answer - yes. Reason - if you went with a lower grade gas, you might have a lot of pinging going on - detonation and you know, **** like that. Assuming your knock sensor is working - it will retard the timing, giving you sluggish runs. Whats your best bet? just let the car run.....let the gas run out, or try to drain the gas into a tank or something. Then refill with high octane petrol.........

Or, you can try a combination of 94 octane mixed with whatever gas you have now - along with some octane boosters.....hopefully to get it to atleast 91. then you should be good.....

Is the car tuned at all?

Once it gets to half put more gas in it - higher octane. You should be fine. Glad we could help.
