Need battery relocation ideas and pics

Anyone relocate their battery to the back of a Civic coupe? I would greatly appreciate it if you have pics! Thanks in advance!

why would you want to? im assuming its a 92+ civic.

plenty of reasons...maybe he packed a h22 in there, with a big fat turbo

I wanted to move mine to mount an oil thermostat, and remote oil filter...and my ignition stuff, if i ever get it.

Contact Farnsrocket, he helped me out a lot when I was asking questions.

didnt think of the h22. i guess you could put lots of things there. i guess i was comparing it to say, a crx, and moving it to the rear in one of those is very helpful.

i used the summit one. its lik e 48 bux
its a black box for battery, black 8 gauge wire i believe..ground negative to chasis
15' of red wire to connect to engine bay. just put terminals and whatever ud need to make it work..o'reily s sells parts for it but its easier to just go to summit

EGs don't have a whole lot of room to play with. I'll be moving my battery to the trunk soon enough... need room for a canister fuel filter, vacuum chamber, and intake piping. Individual throttle bodies take up a shitlot of room.
