Default Is my hondata broken

Well I put my CRV pulley on my JRSC R today and holly crap its insane fast..
anwyays...
I also tryed to install my 440RC injectors and hondata 2b with chipped p28 ecu...

I pluged it all up with a conversion harness obd2-obd1 and the car wont start...
I hooked up the push buton and the other cable wunning to the ECU but NOT the clutch cable?? is that why it wont work???
the hondata light wont come on and the car is just like dead.....

I bought the hondata used and im wondering if its broken if thats even possible??

Thanks
Tyler

Is your car OBD2a or OBD2b. IT's possible that you may have the wrong harness adapter.

OBD2a has a space and OBD2b has all 3 plugs in a row.
