Default is my ecu fried

the accessories come on but the car wont crank, the ecu makes a wierd clicking/humming noise when i turn the key, also the vafc is not coming on, all the fuses are good as well.

check your main fuses under hood
is the fuel pump priming?
is there any codes the ecu is displaying?

no check engine light, all the fuses are good and the fuel pump whines as usual (holley 255lph)

check your battery voltage. If its all good, your starter is done stunna

its a new battery so im not worried about that, any ideas?

The ECU makes a clicking/humming noise??

Something is frux there, buddy. It's all solid state components, nothing should make a peep. Pull the ECU covers and look... you probably have a bad connection that you can identify visually. There is a chance that if you find such a connection you can just reflow the solder joint + problem fixed.
