Default My D16 Benson build

See page 17 for Dyno

Everyone wants to know whose doing what next year, people are posting winter projects.... so here's what I've been up to. Some of you know I used to be big JRSC, it was fun and reliable but the HP potential is limiting and spraying all the nitrous was to unpredictable for me. So here's the new setup coming together.

Got pretty excited the other day when my Benson block showed up, thanks Earl looks awesome.

Course while I was getting the block I also picked up some CP's fom Earl. 9:1 compression, 75mm bore. Figure for the amount of boost I'm going to run bore size and lower compression won't make that much of a difference.

My Crowers I'll be using again

Custom RPS 6 puck

My Lovefab mani, thanks Cody

Skunk 2 intake manifold.

Supertech SS valves

Zex 59300

Edelbrock 65mm

Crower springs and retainers

There she is, waiting patiently to be thrashed on again SC61 is on order, should be here by x-mas. Still plenty more stuff to buy, just thought I'd share my new project, cheers

Don't use any more than 70lbs boost with that.

Nice, keep us updated. Mine will be going in this spring. I have all the crap, just no time to do anything with it.

I went with a 78mm bore and ditched the Skunk2 manifold because it doesn't fit well at all.
I am interested to see how you like the SC61. I may have to pick one up as well.

I don't want to Jinx myself by throwing out a HP #.... We are going to try and tune to 30psi on C16.
