With all of this done I was wondering if I would have to get any of it machined and if any of you guys have extensive head work done can I get an estimate of how much it would cost total for a good head job? and what trim turbo should I run I know I am gonna go t3/t4 but havent decided what trim

Why the greddy intercooler kit? I'm sure you could get a better one for around that price or a few more I would think.

I wouldnt spend the money on the cams, tb, flywheel, or the greddy intercooler kit(search for intercoolers and piping kits on eBay, and sponsors FS forums here) What motor is it?

^-- I agree with this guy for the most part. Now granted I'll admit I have never done a build of this caliber myself so I can't say from personal experience, but I sure have read about and seen a bunch of people's setups on here.
I think a precision intercooler may be a better choice than the greddy. If you don't have a welder, you can get piping kits for ~100 bucks from a couple different places. The moroso oil pan is also pretty much optional (whether this will be a race car may affect your decision somewhat).
The HKS headgasket I'm not so sure about, plenty of people making big power with honda gaskets.
You should state your goals if you want people to give you advice. I don't think cams or headwork are necessary if you're looking for ~400 horsepower. Good luck
