Default Multec 2 injectors

Has anyone heard about these injectors? I get a lot of calls for them. They are made by delphi and alot of the OEM Auto manufactors use these apparently. I dound a PDF on their website. Check it out and give any info you guys might have: http://www.delphi.com/pdf/e/multec2_inj.pdf

Multec was created by Rochestor Products when they were contracted out by GM to do there injector duties in the late 85s time frame. Prior to 1985 GM was utilizing a bosch pintle style injector in there 85 fuel injector camaro and Corvette. That engine L98 was designed to use the bosch pintle. Fed up with clogging of the pintle in 85-86 there is TSB if you look at the Alldata website aboout that just fyi.

Pintle injectors suck becuz they get clogged easily

The Rocehstor Ball and Seat mutlec 2 design injectors are far supeior. They do not fit honda rails but however can be machined to fit

They are being used a lot in domestic hot rod EFI applications. Just need to convert to the different connector style and drill out the fuel rail and space it higher. Or go the easy route and buy the Edelbrock fuel rail meant for domestic fuel injectors, if they have one for your application.
