msd btm that comes with vortech???

is a msd ignition needed too use this unit? or does this use stock ignition??does this plug right in?or is there alot of slicing and soldering involved??thanks

i recommend callin MSD. they were very helpful on the phone and can send u a wiring diagram on wiring your unit up for free.
