MR2 camp vs. Honda-Tech
I get bored often while at work so I hunt around on other boards quite a bit. The DSM boards are just about worthless as they believe in 16Gs, stock exhaust manifolds being the greatest, and nut swinging the basic three vendors like they are gods. Besides that, I've been working on a project MR2 on the side for a while now, so I've been over on the MR2 boards.
This thread pretty much shows why the vast majority of MR2 owners are a bunch of pansies. I thought a few of you might get a laugh on the 101 reasons not to make over more then 300 HP. God forbid you might actually have to upgrade a turbo and intercooler to have fun with a 300+ WHP car...

You guys with open deck aluminum block motors push the stock blocks SO much harder then these guys on a factory turbo block. Not only that, if it's bigger then a GT28RS, it's a huge turbo over there. I think I'm going to stick around here a little more and read about the 800+ WHP street Hondas instead of these weak 250 HP MR2s.
