Motor questions.
I'm aquiring my 92 VX hb this week. So it's time to start searching for the right motor. I am thinking about a B18C1 or C5. This will be a fully built motor for fi.
My questions are:
1) Would it be worth it (~1800 more) to buy the B18C5 because of the head, single runner intake, closer gear ratios, and lsd?
OR
2) Would it be better to drop a quaife into a GSR(longer gearing right?) with a ported B16 head/intake?

It realy depends on what kind of cash you are looking to drop into the thing! If youa re going to build the motor, get the B18C1. Personally, I think I would pisk up a used LS from a local junkyard ($400.00-500.00), JE/SRP/Wiseco Pistons, Eagle Rods, Nuformz Blockguard, Headgasket, Deag Gen III Kit and have some fun!!!

I'm kind of reluctant to do a B20 turbo because of reliability rumors which I've read about. Also, I'd like to have something that's as common as a B18 so that I can find parts more easily.
Any more Opinions on this?
