motor internals from b16a

Hypothetically, could I take the internals, crankshaft,piston rods, etc. out of a b16a and put it into a b18c1 and boost, assuming they're the same bore size? Just highly curious, not doing though.

b16a rods are why to short for a B18 block, but b16b rods will work, not sure if the b16a and b16b rod bearings are the same
