Does anybody who has the missing link have a problem with it? Cause my car is fine until I attach it then the maf sensor just like doesnt like it and my car runs like ****. I'm pretty sure you can't put it on upside down but maybe something is supposed to go inside the missing link piece to connect the sensor to the missing link cause there's just empty space and a hole in the side and I think thats the problem...

 

your car does not have a MAF sensor.

you *can* install it upside down if I remember correctly.

the hole in the side is supposed to have filter material in it, the filter is supplied with the missing link.

the missing link should not cause your car to run shitty, however a missing link/FMU setup is early-90's technology, you should really look into some real fuel management. your motor will thank you for it.

I agree what you paid for the fmu and missing link a little more and you could have got your ecu chipped im getting my p06 converted to vtec and chipped and socketed with a crome base map for a buck fifty

 

i agree i would i bought an fmu and a missing link and now i wasted the money because im just going to get me ecu chipped for the same price i paid for both
