at 7 to 10 it's good
over 11 psi.. my motor hesitate..
more i boost..more it hesitate...

i try to put more gaz.. ... not good
i try to lean it... not good..
i try to add timing.. a little little better. but lot of hesitation
i try to retard timing.... very not good
i try it with 50/50 c-16 gaz and 94 .. worst
i try gapping at 30.... not good (ngk 7)
i try gapping at 25.... not good
i change the distributor/wire... not good

so i am thinking that the stock ignition are not sufficient...

try NGK 6 plugs... also, what kind of ECU program are you using? what are you using to trick the MAP sensor?

 

i think 6 will be to hot ?
and for ecu he's using the stock ecu with a kind of piggy back ecu, something a local shop do here... this is working good ...there's a lot of car running that piggy back. With a lap top he can adjust timing and fuel (under boost only)

 

I'm having the same thing w/ my ZC @7psi. It does it no matter if I am on the gas or not... It missfires and hesitates all the time. If I go WOT though, it takes off. I have changed: fuel filter, spark plugs (BKR6E-11's), timing, installed MSD 6A today..didn't help. I don't know what else to do. I got a new fuel pump, but I'm not sure if that's the problem; I guess I will be finding out tomorrow...

Any help?

BTW, I gapped to .035; and replace the cap/added external Accel coil when I installed the MSD. I'm running a Vortech 12:1 FMU and check valves...
