Default miss fire? Not sure why.

Well, i have a jdm b18 in my civic and I turboed it recently. I had a huge scare a few days back when I thought I blew the motor, but it turns out, it was just an ignition problem. Now whenever I push the motor above 5k it will miss fire. I changed just about every ignition part in the distributor.

However, I do have the stock fuel pump that came stock in my civic. Could the stock fuel pump be the reason why Im having miss fires at high rpm? I also have a stock exhaust on, and someone thought that, that could be the culprit.

So what does it sound like it could be?
