Default Misfire problems

Guys, I'm helping a buddy diagnose a misfire problem.

Here is the engine:
Stock B18C1 Engine
440cc RC Injectors
JRSC w/8lb pulley
Kamakazi(sp?) Header
MSD SCI Ignition with external coil
EFI PMS
GM 3Bar Map Sensor

Problem: At certain RPMs the tach would bounce up and down very rapidly. Usually at low RPMs. The car feels like it's losing power at that time. I do not know how to diagnose a misfire problem. I'm thinking it has something to do with fuel managment. The car has visited a dyno shop and put down 210whp.

Please ask for more information if needed. That's all I can think of right now.

Thanks in advance.

Len

Len, you suck, but ill help your buddy out.

Make sure AFR is at favorable conditions, then check ignition timing, if he has too little timing, it will misfire like a bitch.
