Default milling flywhell?

hello everybody.

is there any benifit in milling the oem flywheel of a turbo'd b16?

miller light? hahaha i assume you mean to lighten it? i wouldnt do it.

Yes. you will be able to revmatch much quicker, which is useful in autox/hpde/etc. I'd just get an aftermarket lightweight flywheel though if that's an option.

No only because a lightweight flywheel would provide the most benefit in first and second gear, but most turbo hondas would be burning the tires in first or second. It also is more difficult to get a good launch because the flywheel won't cover your driving anymore. Lots of fun just cruizing around though, it feels like someone took a few hundred pounds out of your car
